The Mentor
Mentoring is one of the most meaningful parts of my work, and has led me to pursue my professional training as a coach specialized in life and career transitions. For the past decades, this work has taken many forms: individual coaching, group facilitation, community building and more. I have also mentored and coached across industries: academia, policy, entrepreneurship, podcasting, and more. The goal has remained the same: empower people building lives and careers that reflect who they are and what they envision, and (re)build systems and spaces that make that possible.
The conversations
that matter most.
From keynotes to interactive workshops, I bring a human-first approach with expertise and lived experience into spaces that connect people, ideas, and institutions to challenge and expand career development as we know it.

I took my first improv class in search of a hobby during graduate school. Since then, WIT has been a space for expansion, joy, and creativity that have shaped my personal and professional life. Throughout the past decade, I have had the opportunity to be part of it as a student, performer, facilitator, volunteer, and even bringing in my perspective and skills in tangible ways such as the ESL improv workshops and the Data & Analytics Task Force I led during my time as a board member.

Writing as a way to connect with myself and others.
I write to think and to feel, and that is part of the creative work that exists alongside each of the other areas of my playground. They are not separate, but integrated and intertwined. Writing, in all its forms, and language brings me comfort and connection, and I dive deeper into these ideas as part of my daily practice.
