Welcome to my website!
I am a multilingual research and training professional, and a certified professional coach focused on life and career transitions.
As a research and training professional, I facilitate research development among interdisciplinary teams and one-on-one with individual researchers and students at different levels. My own research specializes in political economy and gender in Latin America combining different methodologies, from survey design to big data.
My coaching practice is informed by my formal training, and my passion for international education, having worked with students and professionals across countries for about a decade. As a coach focused on transitions, I support you in creating the life that you envision for yourself by following three main strategies: gaining clarity on what you want, identifying what is serving you (and what is not), and developing strategies to close the gap between your potential and your reality.
I currently work as a Research Director for the Golub Capital Social Impact Lab in Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. I am also affiliated faculty of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Computational Social Science (iLCSS) at University of Maryland, and affiliated faculty of the Center for Global Health at Arizona State University (ASU).
I hold Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park, and M.A. in International Studies and B.A. in Economics (minor in Journalism) from Universidad Torcuato di Tella (Argentina).
